Top mare Provocative will visit Cambridge Stud’s Tavistock this season.
Tony Pike prepared the daughter of Zabeel to win last season’s Gr.1 Queensland Oaks and high expectations were held for her at the Melbourne spring carnival before a tendon injury recently forced her premature retirement.
The Zabeel-Tavistock cross has proved to be a potent one with success stories including Group One winners Werther and Tarzino, Group One placegetter Imperial Lass and the Group Two winner Hasselhoof.
