Yarraman Park will have the honour of offering the half-sister to this year’s brilliant Group I ATC Golden Slipper Stakes winner She Will Reign at the 2017 Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale.
To be offered as Lot 86, the filly is the second foal of Courgette and is from the first crop of Group I MVRC Cox Plate and VRC Australian Guineas hero Shamus Award.
“She’s a medium sized filly with a great hindquarter and is a great mover,” said Harry Mitchell. “If you had no idea who she was and saw her out walking you’d think, ‘that’s a racehorse’.
“She has a good temperament and in all honesty is a lot like She Will Reign.”
She Will Reign has won four of five starts earning $2.5 million in prizemoney. This show-stopping filly is one of 14 yearlings heading to Inglis Easter for Yarraman Park next month,
