Four Australian jockeys have been invited to ride at the feature race meeting of the inaugural Equine Cultural Festival in China in September.
Victorian jockey Ryan Plumb and Queenslanders Jim Byrne, Michael Cahill and Ryan Wiggins have been invited to represent Australia at the Festival on September 20 and 21 where they will compete against riders from Europe and Asia.
The CECF will feature the first internationally endorsed thoroughbred meeting in mainland China and will be attended by representatives of racing jurisdictions from around the world
