Comeback Sprinter Heads Canterbury Classic

Talented sprinter Howmuchdoyouloveme will make his racetrack debut for Warwick Farm trainer Jim Litt in Friday night’s $100,000 Canterbury Classic (1100m).

Previously trained by Con Karakatzanis and Tina Cotsiopoulos, Howmuchdoyouloveme hasn’t raced since running fifth in the $152,000 Ramornie Handicap at Grafton, on July 10 last year.

He heads a small field of just seven runners on Friday night with Brenton Avdulla to ride from barrier four.

Howmuchdoyouloveme is the winner of seven of his 14 starts and more than $543,000 in stakes.

His rivals on Friday night include Gai Waterhouse’s Sookie and Peter Snowden’s Knoydart.
