Last Saturday’s impressive John O’Shea-trained Newcastle Maiden winner, The Special Two, has been made a late-entry for the Thousand Guineas on Tuesday.
Reisling Stakes placegetter Spurrendous (Patinack Farm) has also been added to the Thousand Guineas, as has Adelaide trained Australia Day.
Patinack Farm also entered Hooked and Desk Pop for the Caulfield Guineas, and Victorian trainer Dean Howard has entered Lucky Strike for the Caulfield Guineas.
Tuesday 13th August 2013 was the cut-off day for first late-entries into these races.
