Sheniyan will head to Gosford on Thursday where he will take his place in race 8 Rotary Club Of Gosford Benchmark 65 over 2100m.
The former European galloper stepped up to the mile and a quarter for the first time when racing at Hawkesbury three weeks ago and has continued to please Kim both on and off the track with the stable confident the slight drop in grade to Benchmark 65 will be in the geldings favour.
“Sheniyan is very well. Whilst the gelding has a bit of weight to carry I have decided to claim booking James Innes Jr who will claim 2kg’s. He has drawn ideally in barrier 3 and given the right run in transit he is more than capable of proving to be most competitive in this type of race,” added Kim (Waugh).
