Peter and Paul Snowden received an unexpected, but pleasant surprise (Wednesday) when they were given Miracles Of Life to train.
John Moynihan from the Lexington-based Stonestreet Thoroughbred Holdings purchased the Blue Diamond winner from the hugely successful Teeley Assets dispersal sale on the Gold Coast, which netted a staggering $22 million.
Moynihan, who purchased a Lonhro yearling for the Snowdens during the Sydney Easter yearling, contacted the Snowdens during (Wednesday) afternoon with the news that Miracles Of Life would be coming to the stable.
“It came out of the blue,” Paul Snowden said.
“John bought a yearling for us at the Easter sale, he’s starting to purchase into Australia and then he just contacted us (Wednesday).”
Snowden said it’s too early to nominate what races the soon-to-be four year may contest, but said she will remain with the stable until she’s sent to stud.
