Hawkesbury Race Club is now gearing up for its 11th stand-alone Saturday race meeting on April 30 with in excess of $1 million in prizemoney to be on offer.
Hawkesbury Race Club Directors increased prizemoney on their three feature races for the 2016 Hawkesbury Stand-Alone Saturday race meeting with all races carrying a minimum prizemoney of $100,000.
All three major races have had their prizemoney levels increased as follows (each race also carries Group 3 status):-
$200,000 Panthers Hawkesbury Gold Cup (Gr 3) 1600m – up from $150,000
$200,000 Blacktown Workers Hawkesbury Guineas (Gr 3) 1400m – up from $150,000
$175,000 Godolphin Crown (Gr 3) 1300m – up from $150,000
