Victoria Derby winning jockey Damien Oliver has been issued with two charges by Racing Victoria stewards after admitting on Monday that he bet on favourite and race winner Miss Octopussy at Moonee Valley on 1 October 2010, a race in which he finished sixth on second favourite Europa Point.
Damien Oliver will front a stewards inquiry next Tuesday at 10am.
