Champion colt Pierro ran on strongly for second in 1200 metre trial at Warwick Farm this morning.
Gai Waterhouse stable has confirmed that Pierro has pulled up well and will resume in the 1400m Hobartville Stakes on 26th February.
The stable has also reported that Landing, ridden by Tommy Berry, has caught the eye when leading from pillar to post. The More Than Ready gelding is ready to resume racing and should be a force in the Autumn.
