Please be advised of the following interstate stewards extract for Rosehill Gardens on Saturday, April 6.
Race 2:-
Horse No.3 NORTHERN JEWEL (Caulfield 23/3/13): Bumped at start. Hung out early stages. Post-race vet exam revealed horse to have a poor recovery.
Horse No.8 CHAMPOLLION (Flemington 9/3/13): Checked near the 1200m and then was steadied shortly after.
Race 3:-
Horse No.10 GERONTIUS (Mooney Valley Night 15/3/13): Hampered near winning post on first occasion.
Race 4:-
Horse No.4 HABIBI (NZ) (Ellerslie 2/3/13): Lost footing on jumping.
Horse No.7 YOU’RE SO GOOD (Mooney Valley Night 22/3/13): Rider advised that he was instructed to ride the filly with cover but after having drawn wide he was unable to do so and for this reason allowed You’re So Good (NZ) to stride forward and lead.
Race 5:-
Horse No.7 KUTCHINSKY (Morphettville 11/3/13): Bumped at start.
Race 6:-
Horse No.9 THERE’S ONLY ONE (Mooney Valley 22/3/13): Held up for clear running until nearing the 100m.
Race 7:-
Horse No.15 GUELPH (Caulfield 23/2/13): Rider reported that the filly slipped on jumping away then travelled wide rounding the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination of revealed no abnormalities.
Race 8:-
Horse No.5 VEYRON (Ellerslie 9/3/13): Bumped when inclined to lay out near the 200m.
