Frankel To Command £125,000 Service Fee At Stud

Frankel (Galileo x Kind, by Danehill), the highest rated racehorse in the world will command a fee of £125,000 for his stallion servcies at stud.

With a Timeform rating of 147, the unbeaten Frankel was retired last month after winning his 14th race in succession in the Champion Stakes at Ascot. The four year old stallion will stand at owner Khalid Abdulla’s Banstead Manor stud in Suffolk.

Meanwhile, Darley has also announced the service fees for their Australian Group 1 winners, Sepoy and Helmet, for their first breeding season in the Northern Hemisphere. Sepoy will command a fee of £15,000 and Helmet will stand for £10,000.

Sepoy will stand at Sheikh Mohammed’s Dalham Hall in England while Helmet will stand at Kildangan Stud in Ireland.
