I have just received a media release from the ATC regarding the new KPIs they intend to implement in your new training agreements. (See attachment) I’m also advised that I will soon receive a template of the overall new agreement.The ATC have said that they will be approaching trainers over the coming days with your individual agreements. Until I see all the specific detail I cannot comment other than to say should you have issues and concerns please contact me so that we can try and resolve any problems sooner rather than later. I’ll send you the new agreement template when it becomes available. In the meantime have a look at the attached figures and contact me if you have any questions.
