Heavily backed favourite Better Than Ready in Rosehill Race 8 has been scratched due to the heavy track.
The Queenslander will return to Brisbane to run in a 1000 metre race next Saturday. The Kelly Schweida-trained colt could still be aimed at the Group 1 Oakleigh Plate at Caulfield.
