With the Golden Slipper and Blue Diamond coming up fast, we are seeing important lead ups every week and once more both Rosehill and Caulfield have Group 3s on show.
The G3 Canonbury Stakes (1100m) has been won by some good horses including Golden Slipper winners like Vancouver and Sebring. Peter & Paul Snowden have quite a few nominated here including the only winner in King Of Roseau ($11).
In the fillies race, the G3 Widden Stakes (1100m), more of them are entered with Gimcrack winner Manaal ($4.50) for Michael Freedman the sole victor. Others from that race are also nominated like Alinea ($4.50) and Lady Of Camelot ($2.50).
Only six are initially in the G3 Southern Cross Stakes (1200m) with the in form Lady Laguna ($2.50) chases three on the bounce.
Down the Melbourne where the G3 Chairman’s Stakes (1000m) is the main juveniles race. Impressive Debutant winner Coleman is set to kick back off. Scampi, off some strong Sydney Spring races could run as well.
The noms were extended for the G3 Geoffrey Bellmaine Stakes (1200m) and some nice mares likes Wrote To Arataki and Party For One resume.
