I Wish I Win Has Been Ranked As The Best Horse In Australia

I Wish I Win has been crowned the best horse in Australia, according to the recently published Longines World’s Best Racehorse Rankings for 2023.

Trained by Peter Moody, I Wish I Win, achieved a remarkable rating of 121, solidifying his position at the top.

This accolade comes as no surprise after his triumph in the prestigious Group 1 TJ Smith Stakes at Randwick earlier this year.

I Wish I Win claims the title of the 16th best racehorse globally, alongside notable champions such as Triple Time, the victor of the Queen Anne Stakes, and Emily Upjohn, an esteemed mare trained by John and Thady Gosden.

Close behind I Wish I Win, both Giga Kick and the recently retired Anamoe secured an impressive rating of 120, placing them as the joint 21st best gallopers worldwide.

Amidst the rankings, Romantic Warrior, the leading middle-distance horse from Hong Kong and a prominent contender for the Cox Plate, has attained a remarkable position within the top 10.

Sharing the seventh spot, Romantic Warrior showcased his exceptional prowess with a rating of 123.

However, the outright leader of the Longines World’s Best Racehorse Rankings for 2023 remains the Japanese sensation, Equinox.
