Bart Cummings’ grandson and stable spokesperson, James, has confirmed that Flight Stakes winner Norzita will race against the other 3YO on Saturday week in the Group 1 Vinery Stud Stakes (2000m) at Rosehill.
Norzita went within a short half-head of winning her second Group I race last Saturday when finishing 3rd behind Appearance and Red Tracer in the Coolmore Classic.
James Cummings has indicated that Hugh Bowman who won the Group 1 Flight Stakes on Norzita will be back on board riding the filly in the Vinery Stud Stakes.
All going well, Norzita will then tackle the Doncaster Handicap (1600m).
