At the Provincial Racing Association’s Annual General Meeting held on 3 December 2012, Mr Peter De Vries from Illawarra Turf Club, was elected Chairman for the coming year and Mr James Heddo from Gosford Race Club was elected Vice Chairman.
Mr De Vries replaces Mr Geoff Barnett from Newcastle Jockey Club who was Chairman for the past three years and will continue as that club’s delegate on the Association.
The remaining delegates forming the five member board are Mr Brian Fletcher (Hawkesbury Race Club) and Mr Stuart Clancy (Wyong Race Club).
