Spring hopefuls were put through their paces during trackwork on Tuesday at Randwick. There were also 19 barrier trials being held. Last year’s Epsom Handicap winner Secret Admirer has really caught the eye. She galloped strongly on the course proper running her last 600m in 36.9 secs and the last furlong in 11.1secs.
Peter Snowden trained four year old Mental finished second in a 740m heat. He is ready to win some big races this preparation. The John O’Shea trained Sea Siren looked in terrific order. She finished second in her 1050m heat. However, there has been rumours saying that the connection of Sea Siren have received a huge offer from overseas for the mare.
