Gerald Ryan-trained Snitzerland has won a 900m trial at Rosehill this morning.
The 3YO filly won the trial in 54.10 seconds beating Heart Testa and Limes. It is likely that Snitzerland will run first-up in the Challenge Stakes (1100m) at Warwick Farm on March 16.
One time Magic Million favourite Assail has also won her trial this morning. The Clarry Conners-trained 2YO won heat 9, a 900m trial in 54.00 seconds beating the Bjorn Baker-trained pair, Miss Twin Peaks and Tropical Force.
Conners has indicated that Assail will resume racing in the Sweet Embrace Stakes on Saturday week.
