Embattled owner Nathan Tinkler has the prizemoney won by his horses withheld by the Australian Turf Club (ATC) and the Melbourne Racing Club (MRC).
The ATC had been owed $190,000 for Patinack Farm’s stable rent and sponsorship.
In Melbourne, the MRC withheld $400,000 of prizemoney to pay for an outstanding amount relating to Patinack Farm’s sponsorship of the Blue Diamond Stakes.
It has also been reported that Patinack Farm asked Racing Queensland to transfer prizemoney to creditors.
