Trainer Chris Waller reported that Disciple (Race 4, Horse 1 at Canterbury Park on Wednesdsy, 13th February 2013) had pulled up well following its very disappointing effort on a very heavy track last start.
Mr Waller stated he intended to continue with the gelding’s preparation, but would now look to avoid heavy tracks in future with Disciple.
Today a veterinary clearance was submitted for Disciple advising that the gelding had recovered normally post exercise and no lameness was detected.
