Please note trainer Craig Carmody has advised Racing NSW Stewards that following SINGLE’s second placing at Warwick Farm in The Cabramatta Mile on Saturday, 9th February 2013, Single had sustained a laceration to the outside of the near fore fetlock which required veterinary treatment.
Mr Carmody advised that Single had consequently missed some fast work and whilst he is satisfied with the horse’s fitness, Mr Carmody intends to accept on Wednesday for the 3YO & Up Open Handicap (1500m) at Rosehill Gardens this Saturday, rather than step Single up in distance.
Mr Carmody further advised he will furnish a veterinary certificate of fitness for Single to the Stewards.
