Racing NSW Stewards have advised that trainer Todd Howlett reported STAR OF OCTAGONAL, which is an acceptor in the Sebring Stakes (1200m) at Rosehill Gardens on Saturday, 6 April 2013, underwent an operation to its near hind cannon bone in October 2012 to treat a localised bone infection.
Star of Octagonal has since trialled on two occasions at Scone (16 March 2013) and Cessnock (25 March 2013).
