Vinery Stud has confirmed that it has purchased Black Caviar’s younger half brother All Too Hard.
Originally owned by the embattled owner Nathan Tinkler who bought the colt for $1.025 million at the Inglis Easter Sale, Vinery general manager Peter Orton has revealed that he has been negotiating this deal for the past six months.
The deal was finalised yesterday and that All Too Hard is now owned 100% by Vinery Stud. Vinery also have bought shares in Onemorenomore and a 120 acre Aberdeen property.
Though Vinery has declined to reveal financial details of the deal, there are suggestions that the deal is worth between 20-30 million dollars.
Orton said All Too Hard will continue to be trained by Team Hawkes. The current race program is for All Too Hard to resume racing in Melbourne with the Australian Guineas as his initial goal before returning to Sydney for the autumn carnival.
